Good morning! This morning I watched a beautiful sunrise. It looks to be another gorgeous day on the Isle of Mull. "Eiridh an grian" is one way to say "sunrise" in Scottish Gaelic or a'irigh na gra'ine. Learning this language is definitely on my bucket list, if I ever actually wrote one down. Sun is grian; the sun is a'ghrian or an ghrian. I will try to learn a new word or phrase each day, but the challenge lies with how to say them. Luckily I have some Gaelic lessons and pronunciation guides on my ipod, so hopefully that's the first step. I think there might be a way to get some lessons here too. Will find out more.
