The last week has been busy, from flying across the Atlantic, moving to a new town, meeting lots of new people, and starting back to University. Things are going well and settling into a routine. Today was the Chemistry and Geology, yesterday IT & Communications. The small class size dynamic is much better then sitting in a giant lecture hall for 600. It is nice to be able to mingle with the higher year students, including PhD, and other SAMS staff, lecturers, & scientists. It's a friendly community and I look forward to the years ahead.
