One of the things I enjoyed this summer was learning to identify some of the common and rare butterflies found on Mull. Well, I am now having fun learning some of the species found in Oklahoma. Today I have encountered the lovely Asterocampa celtis, commonly known as the "Hackberry Emperor".
Learn something new everyday.

It's a beauty, for certain!
