Today the skies cleared and the sun shined bright. It was a fantastic day!!! I went into town and met my parents and did some shopping for outdoor gear. Later in the morning went to Geology lecture while Mom and Dad walked the grounds at Dunstaffnage Castle.
After my class, we drove south along the west coast of Scotland to Ardmaddy Castle Gardens and to walk the hills in search of the Wishing Tree, an ancient hawthorn tree covered in pennies. Fantastic, fabulous day.
Scotland rocks!

ReplyDeleteThanks! That wishing tree was very interesting and its amazing we were able to find it as it up in the hills in the middle of nowhere! It was a fabulous day and it great to explore Scotland and share it with my parents. Next summer you guys need to come out this way again and exlore the west coast a bit more!
